Subscription Services:
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before your renewal date through your account settings or by contacting us directly. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions or concerns.

Requesting a Refund for the Dance Church & Higher with Shaijah App (Apple):

1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Select the reason for your refund request, then choose Next.
4. Choose the app, subscription, or item, and then choose Submit.
5. If you need to cancel a subscription to avoid future charges, you can do so from this page as well.

Requesting a Refund for the Dance Church & Higher with Shaijah App (Google Play Store):

1. Go to play.google.com.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Click on “Payments & Subscriptions.”
4. Click "Budget & Order History."
5. Select the order you want to address, then click "Report a problem."
6. Choose an option that fits your situation and complete the form, indicating that you would like a refund.
7. Click Submit.
